Terms of Service

Rentals

We rent bicycles, e-bikes, kids' bikes, baby carriers, surfboards, skateboards, longboards, and related equipment. All rentals are subject to availability.

• Age requirement — Renters must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment. Equipment for minors must be rented by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility on their behalf.
• Valid ID — A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at the time of rental.
• Rental period — Equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon return time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Assumption of Risk

Cycling and the use of beach and sports equipment involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By renting from us, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are responsible for operating all equipment safely and in accordance with applicable laws, including wearing a helmet where required. A separate Rental Waiver may be required to be signed before equipment is released.

Responsibility for Equipment

You are responsible for the equipment from the time it is rented until it is returned. This includes:

• Returning the equipment in the same condition it was provided, aside from normal wear and tear
• Paying for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment that occurs during the rental period
• Not allowing unauthorized third parties to use the equipment

Payments

Payment is due at the time of rental unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing and nature of the cancellation and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humble Bike Rentals is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our equipment or Site, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
